would like 意为“想要,愿意”,相当于want,但比want 语气委婉,其中would 是情态动词,缩写为’d   would的具体用法
(1)后面接名词或代词,表示具体要某样东西。
(2)后面接不定式,表示“想要做某事”
(3)would like sb to do sth 表示希望/想要某人做某事
(4)would you like 用于委婉地征求对方意见,
肯定回答:Yes, please;Yes, I’d like/love to; Good idea! that sounds good;
否定回答:No ,thanks; I’d like/love to, but.....
Step 4 Summary
In this class ,we have learned the names of some new foods and done much oral practice about how to order food .After class ,Read and memorize the new words learned in this class. Read and recite the conversation in 2d.

2.Finish 3a ,3b ,3c and then practice the conversation with your partners.
(1) 3a: Complete the conversation with sentences on the right.
(2) 3b: write questions and answers using the words in the brackets.
(3) 3c: Look at the pictures. There are four kinds of special foods.Who would like them, please make survey of you classmates.
Write the result on a piece of paper and write a report.
3.Make a report in 3c or a short play about how to order some food.  (Someone is working in a noodle house. The others are the customers. )
Step 2 Presentation and practice
1、Invite a student to give a report for the class. Ask the other students to take notes and answer the reporter’s questions.Then check the completion in groups. According to the students task completion, make assessment.
2.Students discuss Task 1 and 2 in self-study in the group.And then check the answers by themselves.
3.Practice 3a,3b with your partner.
4. Prepare a report in 3c or a short play about how to order some food.  (Someone is working in a noodles house. The others are the customers. ) for the class.
   5、 Ask every group to share their conversations or short play with the others.
     When a group’s performing, the others must watch it carefully so that they can answer the performers’ questions and correct the performers’ mistakes. According to the students’ performance, make assessment.

    用来有礼貌地向对方提出建议或邀请的句型。答语常为“Yes, I’d like to.” “Sorry, …”
二、可数名词与不可数名词
1. 可数名词:可数名词有单数、复数之分。其复数形式一般要加-s或-es。如:
   potato—_______; tomato—__________
2. 不可数名词没有复数形式,只有单数形式。如:
   some ______ (米饭);a lot of _____ (牛肉)
(1) 不可数名词表示数量的多少时,必须与表示数量的名词连用,即“数词+表示数量的名词(可数名词)+ of + 不可数名词”,如:
   两玻璃杯果汁               三碗米饭

(2) 不可数名词做主语时,谓语动词只能用单数形式。例如:
   在碗里有一些羊肉汤。

  【拓展】如果不可数名词前有复数名词短语修饰时,谓语动词须用复数形式。如:

1. different adj,不同的(1)different 的名词形式是difference,副词形式是differently,反义词是same.   (2)different 后接名词的复数形式  (3) be different from 与.......不同
  e.g.: Their school is different from ours.他们的学校与我们的不同。
2. popular adj,受欢迎的,普遍的      be popular with 受某人欢迎
e.g.: Cindy is very popular with everyone because she is friendly.辛迪很受大家欢迎,因为她很友好。
3.cut up 意为“切碎”,同义词组为 cut into pieces. ,cut up 后跟代词作宾语时,应放在cut和up 之间;接名词作宾语时,放在cut和up 之间或之后都可以。
4.idea n.想法;注意 ;idea当“想法;注意”讲是,是一个可数名词  
e.g.: I have no idea 我不知道
5.The number of candles is the person’s age.蜡烛的数量是这个人的年龄。
(1).the number of 表示“.......的数量”,后面接可数名词复数。做主语时,主语是number,而不是of后面的复数名词,故谓语动词应用单数形式
(2).a number of 表示“许多”,后面接可数名词的复数,相当于many。作主语时,主语不是number,而是of后面的复数名词,故谓语动词应该用复数形式。表示数量的多和少时,则用large 和small修饰number.
6. If he or she blows out all the candles in one go,the wish will come true.如果他或她一次吹灭所有是蜡烛,愿望将会实现。
If 在句中意为“如果”,引导的是条件状语从句,主语用一般将来时,从句用一般现在时表将来(即主将从现的原则)。但if引导的宾语从句,从句可以用一般将来时。
:If it doesn’t rain,we will go to the park next Sunday.如果不下雨,下周星期天我们将去公园。
