【完成教材2a~2c的教学任务】 1.学生识记2a中的单词，然后标出认为濒临灭绝的动物，小组内交流原因。 2.学生快速阅读2b短文，了解短文大意，为短文选出合适的标题。 3.学生认真阅读短文，总结这篇短文是从哪些方面来介绍大象的。教师板书，并且写出关键词语。 4.学生再一次认真阅读短文，完成2c。 【语法提要】 1.danger 此处用作不可数名词，意为“危险”；in （great） danger意为“处于（极大的）危险之中”。 例句：Is there any danger in climbing the tree? 爬这棵树有危险吗？ 拓展：danger 的形容词为dangerous,意为“危险的”。 例句：The river is dangerous for swimmers.对于游泳者来说，这条河是危险的。 2.cut down cut用作及物动词，意为“砍;切”，指用带刃的工具将物体分开。可接简单宾语，也可接双宾语，其间接宾语可以转化为介词for的宾语。 例句：Please cut Lily the cake.=Please cut the cake for Lily.请为莉莉切蛋糕。 拓展：cut down 意为“砍倒”，down为副词。其后的宾语如果是名词，可以放在cut和down中间，也可以放在down后面，但如果是代词，必须放在二者中间。 例句：Our teacher told us not to cut down the tree,but Tom cut it down yesterday.我们的老师告诉我们不要砍倒这棵树，但是汤姆昨天把它砍倒了。 【问题探究】 根据汉语意思完成句子。 1.这位老人面临着很大的危险。The old man is ingreatdanger. 2.不要砍倒树木。Don’t cut down trees.
