One possible version
Overall, I think have healthy eating habits. As for the things I am doing right, I having a balanced diet and trying to eat fresh food as much as possible.
After noting down what I have eaten over the last three days, I can see lots of nutritious and healthy foods on the list, such as fish, meat, eggs, fruit, and vegetables, which contain much nutrition, providing fiber, vitamins, protein, and minerals necessary for health.
However, I do have some bad eating habits. For example, I sometimes eat too much rice and bread. One may put on weight easily if consumed more than enough. Besides, after taking sports I drink a lot of soft drinks high in sugar. I must say no to sweets. Lastly, I have a preference for Xuanwei ham, a delicious processed pork, which is high in salt and fat. Now I am determined never to take a bite of ham.
After reading the article entitled “Healthy Eating”, I now better understand how to eat more healthily and improve my food choices. After all, healthy eating starts with a healthy attitude.
