教学内容分析
该板块围绕活动主题“润色文稿”展开，通过让学生辨识名词短语，形容词短语和副词短语，判断其功能，通过形式—意义—使用的思路让学生理解，巩固这三种短语用法，在润色语篇的过程中理解并掌握这三种短语的形式、意义和功能。
学情分析
学生在Welcome Unit已经学习基本句型，对于短语有粗浅的认识，名词短语，形容词短语和副词短语的在语篇表达的功能认识不足，需要提高。
学习目标
通过观察识别名词短语，形容词短语和副词短语 分析并掌握名词短语、形容词短语和副词短语的结构特征及其句法功能； 在语境中使用名词短语、形容词短语和副词短语。
学习重难点
掌握名词短语，形容词短语和副词短语的特征和功能，学会利用短语扩充句子。

Joyce has just written a draft. Help her improve it by using noun/ adjective /adverb phrases to add more information. Ask the students to work in groups and discuss which part of each sentence can be improved. 教学反思与评价
通过本节内容学习，学生能否了掌握名词短语，形容词短语和副词短语的构成与基本用法。 学生能否在阅读长句的时候识别以上三种短语，理清句子主干。句子成分分析需要大量的练习才可以内化为一种分析能力，本节课三种短语属于分析句子成分时比较常见的短语，所以放在第一单元的位置是很合理的，也需要教师为学生提供多种支架帮助学生识别，理解掌握并运用。
