1)Write a letter to the British writer to help her think of some ways to get rid of car addiction and use cars less.
2)Your British pen pal Jack asked about what the Beijing government has been doing to solve traffic jams in rush hours. You write a reply to Jack to introduce what Beijing is doing to solve the traffic congestion problem.
3)Write a letter to UN Environment(联合国环境署)to introduce what Beijingers have been doing to reduce traffic pollution.
4)Write a letter to Beijing Traffic Management Bureau to put forward some ideas or suggestions to solve the local traffic congestion problem.
